Restaurant and Bar in Chantilly

Our restaurant is made up of three rooms – Alban, Mathilde and Pauline – named after the children of its current CEO.

It can accommodate up to 80 guests in an inviting, distinguished atmosphere indoors or on the terrace overlooking the park.

Come and discover or rediscover this restaurant over a family meal or romantic dinner, where the decor changes with the seasons.

A cosy English pub-style bar with inviting, timber décor is open all year round.

Cédric Boissart, Head Chef

The head chef, Cédric Boissart, began his career within the teams of Parisian luxury hotels: Lutecia****, Scribe*****, and others.

In 1992, a rare experience in a Chef’s career, Cédric became the personal chef of Minister Philippe Douste-Blazy, who was Minister for Health at the time.

Engaged for a week in 1995 as additional staff at the Château de la Tour, Cédric Boissart was soon captivated by the soul of the Château. He has just celebrated 20 years working here, and he continues to pursue his personal challenge: to offer artfully executed traditional cuisine while passing on his passion to his apprentices.

Practical information

Meals are served from 12:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Last orders are taken at 1:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

Please note that pets are not allowed within the estate.

The dining room is very beautiful, an effort on plant decoration is noteworthy. We had several meals: they were all very tasty, nothing extravagant but all the dishes are well executed and seasoned. The entire staff is attentive to the customer and this is very comfortable from reception to service.
The restaurant is superb even if the essential is on the plate… no lack of taste. Customer for several years, the standard of gourmet cuisine remains high level on the salty part but also on the dessert menu.
Thanks to the team who paid a lot of attention to the comfort of my disabled daughter so that she could enjoy her time at the restaurant.
