Our restaurant is made up of three rooms – Alban, Mathilde and Pauline – named after the children of its current CEO.
It can accommodate up to 80 guests in an inviting, distinguished atmosphere indoors or on the terrace overlooking the park.
Come and discover or rediscover this restaurant over a family meal or romantic dinner, where the decor changes with the seasons.
A cosy English pub-style bar with inviting, timber décor is open all year round.
Cédric Boissart, Head Chef
The head chef, Cédric Boissart, began his career within the teams of Parisian luxury hotels: Lutecia****, Scribe*****, and others.
In 1992, a rare experience in a Chef’s career, Cédric became the personal chef of Minister Philippe Douste-Blazy, who was Minister for Health at the time.
Engaged for a week in 1995 as additional staff at the Château de la Tour, Cédric Boissart was soon captivated by the soul of the Château. He has just celebrated 20 years working here, and he continues to pursue his personal challenge: to offer artfully executed traditional cuisine while passing on his passion to his apprentices.

Meals are served from 12:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Last orders are taken at 1:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

The most beautiful restaurant in the region. The dining rooms, the garden, the rooms are beautiful. The dishes are very good. The waiters give us the best welcome. I love this place.
