Delighting their guests with fresh produce and home-made dishes – that is the ambition of our Maîtres Restaurateurs.

Our restaurant is a member of the Collège Culinaire de France, and been awarded the distinction of ‘Restaurant de qualité’ (quality restaurant). This association co-chaired by Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon was founded at the initiative of 15 major French chefs.

The purpose of this association is to unite all those who produce quality, authentic and convivial cuisine with professionalism and inspired by passion. Our restaurant fully shares these values!

The Chef of the Château de la Tour was looking forward to the return of the Spring. In the secret of his kitchen, he imagined delicate dishes for the Spring-Summer menu.
To enjoy on the shaded terrace overlooking the park or in the calm environment of the restaurant with high ceilings, they reserve you some pretty surprises.
Sea bass tartare with mustard ice cream, farmed poultry with roasted coffee, strawberry dome, ... A true taste symphony, to experiment now! With fresh products, the Chef will make you live the season.

The Receptions section has all-inclusive set menus for groups of 10 and more.

"By far the best discovery of the region, after surveying the different restaurants in the area of whipped cream, we were tempted by this isolated setting between park and forest. The reception is irreproachable, as are the staff who are attentive and available. As for the menu of the restaurant (we only dined there), a real explosion of flavor, both on meat and fish. The cuisine of this establishment will delight many. We look forward to the sunny days to enjoy the view of the park by enjoying a good glass of wine in the sun at the end of the day. Perfect for a romantic meal or with friends outside for an aperitif"

A haute cuisine full of subtlety and flavors. A service of rare courtesy coupled with great efficiency. I knew this beautiful address for a long time and I can say that I have never been disappointed. The decor, all floral refinement, flatters the view and contributes to the well-being felt by the guests. I come back and will always come back, with immense pleasure, in this pretty house where gastronomy rhymes with art of living. Congratulations to all !

"Sensational art of living! A small paradise close to the castle of Chantilly: you take small roads, you follow the arrows and there you discover a magnificent castle, with a large garden well tree and well equipped for relaxation and total disconnection, with a nice swimming pool.
Let’s go back to the restaurant, we settled down on the terrace and enjoyed the landscape but also the contents of the plates: impossible to hold all the products that make up our plates... I keep a very good memory of my fish accompanied by its vitelotte potatoes, and a delicious cream and a sublime raspberry tartelette.
I had trouble leaving this beautiful place and better understand the motto of this beautiful castle "who goes in, please".
