Our restaurant is a member of the Collège Culinaire de France, and been awarded the distinction of ‘Restaurant de qualité’ (quality restaurant). This association co-chaired by Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon was founded at the initiative of 15 major French chefs.
The purpose of this association is to unite all those who produce quality, authentic and convivial cuisine with professionalism and inspired by passion. Our restaurant fully shares these values!

Vegetables of former days such as the former carrots, tuberous chervil and forgotten potatoes are put in honor. They accompany the dishes prepared with passion by the Chef Cédric Boissart: foie gras with a chestnut purée, beef cheek braised in a crunchy ingot, roasted scallops or cocoa tart and cream of pistachio nut...

I knew this beautiful address for a long time and I can say that I have never been disappointed. The decor, all floral refinement, flatters the view and contributes to the well-being felt by the guests.
