Our restaurant is a member of the Collège Culinaire de France, and been awarded the distinction of ‘Restaurant de qualité’ (quality restaurant). This association co-chaired by Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon was founded at the initiative of 15 major French chefs.
The purpose of this association is to unite all those who produce quality, authentic and convivial cuisine with professionalism and inspired by passion. Our restaurant fully shares these values!

The Chef of the Château de la Tour was looking forward to the return of the Spring. In the secret of his kitchen, he imagined delicate dishes for the Spring-Summer menu.
